Q: I have two rental ski upscale condos in one building are served by a common DSL Internet connection. I am now provide a separate phone line and number each condo to serve customers. I need a VoIP system that will work out of the single DSL that will make incoming calls and in each unit independently - that implies two separate accounts or can be implemented with a single account and a second line? Looking cheapest domestic calls and do not require a lot of minutes.

A: It depends on how your current network is set up, but then you should probably be able to get a VoIP service both condos, you will almost certainly need two separate accounts.
Currently, VoIP adapters (click the link for more information on adapters and other VoIP equipment) can not operate wireless; they need a cable Internet access. If the condos share Internet access via a single wireless network, then you will be able to have a VoIP service in the apartment where the router, since the adapter must be plugged into a wired connection. If access to the Internet, however, each condo has wired you should be able to have a VoIP service in both places running off the same DSL account.
Most VoIP adapters offer a single phone jack. Therefore, each condo will need its own VoIP adapter and has to have its own phone number. The cheapest way we found to do this is with the current sales VOIPo. To serve two condos, you will need two accounts, which would work to $ 12.42 per month. For your convenience, VOIPo can merge your two accounts after you have configured them, so you will be able to administer them jointly.
