Q: I have a Wi-Fi Apple all in one set-up and I am currently using magicJack. I got both for about 2 months old and loves and hates it. Does the VOIPo similar hook-up to magicJack? Do VOIPo offer good, support for accessible customer

A: We recently compared VOIPo and magicJack in response to a very similar question, so you can read this post for more information on the differences between the two services. Your question highlights one of the things that concerned us most magicJack :. Lack of customer support options
VOIPo certainly provides better customer support. VOIPo representatives are available by phone or live chat on the internet 8:00 to 4:00 p.m. Pacific time, Monday to Friday. You can also send an email to their support account, which should receive a quick and helpful response. For after hours support or simply answer simple questions, VOIPo also maintains a broad knowledge base, installation and functionality of media guides. VOIPo service staff we spoke to have been informed and friendly.
VOIPo the installation must also be simple. The company will send you an ATA or Analog Telephone Adapter (click here for our guide to VoIP equipment), when you register. Simply connect the ATA to your router (in this case an Apple AirPort), a standard electrical outlet and your phone, and you should be good to go. If you have any problems, VOIPo is available for support, and online installation guides are detailed and helpful.
