Q I currently have a Carbonite subscription. How do I know when it expires? Will I get the discount NextAdvisor when I renew my subscription
? A: If you need to consult your Carbonite account expiration or renewal date, log in to your Carbonite account web. There you will see a list of all the computers in your account and their expiry dates or renewal. If you signed up for automatic renewal, your account will automatically renew and Carbonite will contact you if there is something wrong with your billing information. If you have not registered for automatic renewal, they will remind you to renew your Carbonite subscription before it expires. If for some reason you are not able to renew your subscription before the expiry date, Carbonite will keep your data for up to 30 days. Unfortunately, you can not get our exclusive discount when you renew your Carbonite subscription, it is only offered for the first time sign ups.
