Q: My computer crashed and was taken by my children to local data doctor who works well, Carbonite is disabled. How do I restart
A: If Carbonite is installed on your computer, it should be as simple as opening Carbonite. You may have to rerun the configuration. If this does not work, try downloading the client again Carbonite and running the installation program in this way. You do not mention if you need to restore lost files after the crash. If so, you'll want to "freeze" your backup by using the Carbonite online interface before turning again Carbonite.
