If you are not well versed in commercial law and jargon, LegalZoom is a good bet. They were best to keep our hands as we walked through every step online. LegalZoom offers a wide range of support options as you complete the questionnaire LLC, including the button "How do most people respond to that?" This gives you a better idea of what the answers the most popular are. For someone who has never set up a business, these buttons have served very informative guide. LegalZoom also supports unforeseen needs, to have a registered agent, get an ID number of the employee and filing a statement of information, but are not necessary if you already have one of these. The site also offers a wide range of support, including legal advice through their business legally.
If you are looking for a more personal touch, Corpnet is an excellent choice. They specialize in the creation of companies (in fact, it's really all they do), they have a concentrated wealth of knowledge on the subject. In addition, the interface is easy to navigate, which is good for beginners. But the biggest selling point for us was the customer service of Corpnet. Their support number toll rings straight to a live person who was more than happy to walk us through the differences between an LLC, S-Corp and C-Corp and even sent a follow up email detailing everything we talked on the phone. (FYI: support Corpnet not give legal advice, but they have the rich business knowledge.)
