? A: If you have lost your Weight Watchers lifetime member number, they can recover as long as you live in the same area where you signed. Just call 800-651-6000 or go to the website and email Weight Watchers to get your number. If you have moved away from the area where you registered, Weight Watchers offers a new life to fill Membership Information Request Form to your new place of Weight Watchers meeting.
